1. SHIPPING COVERAGE
We currently ship to all serviceable PIN codes across India via our trusted delivery partners.
If your location is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout or contacted by our support team.

2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Processing includes order verification, quality check, packaging, and handover to the courier.

3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.
Orders placed during sales or high-volume periods may experience slight delays.

4. SHIPPING CHARGES
Free shipping is applicable on orders above ₹999.
A flat shipping fee of ₹70 will be charged on all orders below ₹999.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

5. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with the tracking ID and link.
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to reflect updated status from the courier.

6. DELAYED, LOST, OR FAILED DELIVERIES
SHUNIRA is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, lockdowns, or other uncontrollable events.
If an order is lost or undelivered due to courier issues, we will assist in investigation and provide a resolution.
If the customer provides incorrect/incomplete shipping details, the order may be returned or cancelled without refund.

7. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
Couriers will make two (2) delivery attempts. If the package is undelivered and returned due to unavailability, re-delivery may attract additional shipping charges.

8. DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT
If the package arrives visibly tampered with or damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately at [your email/contact].
Any internal product damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with unboxing video proof.

9. CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS
Changes to shipping address can only be made before dispatch. Once shipped, the address cannot be modified under any condition.

SHUNIRA shall not be held responsible for delays or failure in delivery due to events beyond its control including but not limited to war, natural disasters, pandemic-related restrictions, courier disruptions, or legal limitations.

Refund Policy
Effective Date: 20 May 2025 At SHUNIRA, we maintain strict quality control standards and ensure all products are thoroughly inspected before dispatch. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below. 1. NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS SHUNIRA operates under a strict no-return and no-refund policy. Once an order is successfully placed and delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances. 2. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS Only items that are damaged or defective at the time of delivery are eligible for replacement. Claims for damaged products must meet all of the following conditions: You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide a mandatory unboxing video showing the issue clearly, along with clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. The product must be unused and in its original packaging with all tags intact. If the claim is approved, a replacement of the same product will be arranged. No monetary refunds will be issued under any condition. 3. CLAIM REJECTION Claims that do not meet the above criteria will be automatically rejected. SHUNIRA reserves the right to deny any replacement request that appears to be fraudulent, misleading, or not in compliance with our policy. 4. CANCELLATION POLICY Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or modified. 5. FINAL DECISION SHUNIRA reserves the sole right to determine the outcome of any return or replacement request.
